Miami Beach - Day 3.

Il terzo giorno a Miami Beach ad aspettarci c'era una buonissima colazione offertaci da Steven a base di pancakes e succo d'arancia da IHop. Uno dei locali tipici americani, un po' fast food e un po' casa nella prateria.

Verso l'ora di pranzo, approfittando del tempo che non era dei migliori (ignari che di li a breve ci avrebbe assalito un'acquazzone memorabile), siamo partito alla volta di North Beach ad Aventura Mall. Un centro commerciale che non basterebbe un giorno per visitarlo tutto!

Siamo tornati a casa in serata in bus (cmq lo sapete che anche sugli autobus a Miami c'è il wifi libero?) inzuppati per la pioggia. Diluvio universale, non pioggia.

On the third day in Miami Beach was waiting for a delicious breakfast offered to us by Steven-based pancakes and orange juice from IHOP. One of the local typical American, a little 'fast food and a bit' House on the Prairie.

At lunch time, taking advantage of the time that was not the best (of them unaware that soon there would have hurt memorable downpour), we left for North Beach to Aventura Mall. A shopping center that would not be enough one day to visit it all! 

We returned home in the evening by bus soaked in the rain. Flood, not rain.

Miami Beach - Day 2.

Il secondo giorno a Miami Beach l'abbiamo speso in Lincoln Road ed Ocean Drive. La prima famosa per il passeggio e lo shopping, la seconda per la vita notturna e il mare.

La mattinata (molto nuvolosa e per nulla soleggiata) è volata così, tra una passeggiata ed una foto, tra l'incanto di quelle strade enormi, quelle spiagge stupende e la sensazione di essere in un film. Perché ammettiamolo, essere in un altro mondo è come non vivere nella realtà!

La mia prima volta da Starbucks (in Ocean Drive) colpo di fulmine con i cookies e l'hazelnut macchiato.

Estasiata davanti a The Villa, meglio conosciuta come Villa Versace, sarei entrata molto volentieri!

La sera buonissima cena da Sushi Siam per la gioia di Davide (vi dico solo che ha preso i calamari fritti)! :)

Per concludere la serata giro on the road a Miami City per ammirare uno dei pochi grattacieli (non ricordo chi l'ha fatto) con un disegno particolare che si può vedere solo da uno dei due lati!

The second day we spent in Miami Beach Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. The first famous for strolling and shopping, the second for the night life and the sea.
The morning (very cloudy) has flown so, between a walk and a photo, between the enchantment of those roads huge, the beautiful beaches and the feeling of being in a movie. Because let's face it, being in another world is not living in reality!
Because let's face it, being in another world is not living in reality! My first time at Starbucks (in Ocean Drive) fell in love with cookies and hazelnut macchiato.

To end the evening ride on the road to Miami City to admire one of the few skyscrapers (can not remember who did it) with a particular design that you can see only one of the two sides!

 

Miami Beach - Day 1.

Buongiorno gente!

Di ritorno dal mio viaggio/regalo post laurea a Miami Beach vi racconto questo paradiso tropicale! :)

Chi mi segue su Instagram ha già potuto ammirato qualche foto.

 

La mia prima volta in America, il mio primo viaggio extra continente.

Non vedevo l'ora di arrivare e le 10 ore Roma-Miami mi sembravano interminabili. In aereo non ho chiuso occhio, ho mangiato tantissimo (tanti biscotti e tarallini offerti da Alitalia), bevuto tanta Pepsi e visto film insieme a Davide.

 

Appena atterrati ci aspettava il top chef Aldo Dell'Anno che ci ha accolti con un Wendy's, un gigantesco hamburger buonissimo gustato on the road.

 

Incantata ammiravo ogni singolo particolare. Le palme, le strade enormi, insomma un altro mondo!

Arrivati a casa, giusto il tempo di cambarci (ma io il fuso orario non l'ho mica avvertito! Sarà stata la troppa emozione?) e di corsa in spiaggia. Kilometri di spiaggia, bianchissima e pulitissima (se non per qualche alga segnalata), con le torrette del bagnino/guardaspiaggie/baywatch, gente sparsa qua e la a prendere il sole, a leggere, a fare il bagno. Tirava un po' di vento quindi noi siamo stati li a goderci il mare, il caldo e a rilassarci!

Verso le 19 di ritorno a casa, doccia, chiacchiere e letto, pronti per il nostro primo vero giorno nella ormai metropoli Miami Beach!

 

 

 

Hello people!

On returning from my trip / gift postgraduate in Miami Beach tell you this tropical paradise! :) Those who follow me on Instagram has already been admired some pictures. My first time in America, my first trip extra continent. I could not wait to get there and 10 hours Rome-Miami seemed endless. By plane I have not slept, I ate a lot (many cookies and tarallini offered by Alitalia), drank a lot of Pepsi and watched movies with Davide.
When we got home, just long enough to cambarci (but I have not the time zone mica warned! Maybe it was too much emotion?) And running on the beach. Kilometers of beach, white and spotless (except for some algae reported), with lifeguard towers / guardaspiaggie / baywatch, people scattered here and there in the sun, to read, to swim. Pulled a little 'windy so we were there to enjoy the sea, the warm and relax!

Upon landing we waited for the top chef Aldo Dell'Anno who greeted us with a Wendy's, a giant hamburger tasted very good on the road.
Enchanted admired every single detail. The palm trees, the streets huge, in fact another world!

At around 19 back home, shower, talk and bed, ready for our first real day in the metropolis now Miami Beach!

Sono sparita di nuovo, lo so!

 

Oggi volevo parlarvi di Cherì Handmade (le mie creazioni!:D). In particolare dei bracciali con cuoricino crochet che vi sono piaciuti molto e sono andati a ruba! Sono stra felice, anche perchè, magari credete che creo come viene...è vero ma non del tutto! E' la notte che mi porta consiglio, è la notte che nel letto penso e ripenso per poi creare! Quindi ogni singolo accessorio è ben studiato...ed è davvero una soddisfazione vedere che apprezzate!

Today I wanted to talk to Cheri Handmade (my creations :D). In particular bracelets with heart crochet that you really liked and they went like hot cakes! I am very happy. Maybe you believe that I create as it is true ... but not quite! It 's the night brings me advice, it is the night in bed I think and think and then create! So each accessory is well designed ... and it's really satisfying to see that you appreciate!

Milan Fashion Week: my outfit.

Ecco le foto del mio outfit all'ultimo giorno di Milan Fashion Week.

 

Nel pomeriggio ho cambiato scarpe e borsa per andare al Forma a vedere la mostra Fashion. Una mostra davvero interessantissima che ripercorreva tutta la storia della fotografia di moda, dalla sua nascita fino ai giorni nostri. Insomma, se l'avessero fatta prima non avrei avuto bisogno di tutti quei libri per scrivere la mia tesi! Mi sarebbe bastata questa mostra, davvero esauriente e con ottime fotografie (difficili da trovare in rete), per non parlare delle copertine di Vogue France degli anni 20!

 

 

Here are the photos of my outfit of Milan Fashion Week.

In the afternoon I changed my shoes and bag to go to Forma to see the exhibition Fashion. An exhibition really interesting that retraced the history of fashion photography, from its birth to the present day. I mean, if they had done before I would not need all those books to write my thesis! I would have been enough this show, really comprehensive, with excellent photographs (hard to find on the net), not to mention the cover of Vogue France the twenties!
